Oversee preparation of site for species cultivation; Monitor environment and maintain optimum conditions; Manage fish hatchery, fish farm or other aquatic farm; Maintain financial records; Identify diseases or parasites and apply medicinal substances to control and prevent diseases; Determine food requirements and structure feeding regimes; Co-ordinate selection and maintenance of brood stock; Manage and train aquaculture and fish hatchery support workers and supervise technicians and technologists; Establish inventory and quality control methods
